You can officially place orders without getting stuck in some glitchy void or wondering if our shopping cart was actually a shopping trap.
Turns out, the culprit behind all the chaos was — drumroll please — the reCAPTCHA plugin. Yep. That little box that’s supposed to stop bots was actually stopping everyone. Including real humans. Like me. Honestly, I thought I passed enough “I’m not a robot” tests in life already, but apparently not.
If you tried to order something and the website basically ghosted you — first of all, I’m so sorry. Secondly, SAME. I tried to test it myself and got the digital equivalent of a confused shrug.
And here’s the kicker: apparently the fix was simple. Like, “why did no one tell me this earlier?” simple. Honestly, if someone had told me sooner, I could have avoided the late-night panics, the over-consumption of coffee, and the dramatic pacing in my living room while mumbling to myself like a tech-exorcist.
But it’s fixed now. It’s done. We move on. We grow. We sell things again!
