Upcoming Ingredient and Allergen Transparency Update
At Onyx Dragon, we strongly believe in clarity, safety and customer trust. We are currently in the process of ensuring that every single product listing on our website β including soaps, hand washes, bath products and similar cosmetic/wellness items β clearly displays full ingredient and allergen information.
Why the delay?
Our current product listings are powered by a dropshipping integration provided directly by our supplier (Ancient Wisdom). Historically, when products were imported via CSV files, ingredient and allergen information could sometimes be included automatically, but even then it was inconsistent β some files contained the information while others omitted it entirely. At the volume and scale our store operates, manually editing and checking hundreds of individual product pages was (and remains) impractical and highly time-intensive.
Previously, our product catalogue was managed via CSV import, where ingredient and allergen data could sometimes be included automatically. However, since transitioning to the newer automated API integration provided by our supplier, this information is currently not being passed through at all β which is why this issue has only now surfaced and is being actively addressed.
What happens next?
We have formally requested that the supplier updates their integration so that full INCI ingredient lists and allergen disclosures are automatically included on every relevant product. Once this update is pushed through their system, the information will appear directly on our website listings.
While we are responsible for ensuring accurate ingredient and allergen information is available to customers, the completeness of this data currently relies on our supplierβs integration. We have requested that Ancient Wisdom update the integration so that all compliance-critical information is transmitted automatically, as we have limited control over the technical data provided to us.

If you need the full details before purchasing, contact us and we will supply it immediately. No products are being removed β they remain available while we await the structured ingredient data to be added through the updated integration imminently.
We encourage all customers to ask for any missing ingredient or allergen information on products if needed. We guarantee that full ingredient and allergen information will be provided before any purchase is completed, upon request.

This is a priority fix β especially as cosmetic/skin-contact products in the UK require full ingredient transparency by law. We expect the updated listings to be visible soon.
